How long will it take for me to receive my items?
The majority of our items are made on demand. All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. As soon as your item has shipped, we'll shoot you an email. Once it's shipped, it typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep since we work with various manufacturers worldwide. International shipping times may vary.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, if you'd like to try to cancel it, please email email@example.com right away with your order number and will try our best to catch it before it goes out!
How can I track my order?
Please go to your order confirmation email, and click on the "view order" button. From there, you will be able to see your tracking status. In addition to that, you should be receiving emails with tracking updates, so please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received them.
What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you aren't happy with your order, we will give you a full refund. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and provide you with a refund! Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
